Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the rental and service provisions by Noida Events ("Noida Events") to the Client ("ashok"). By booking our services, the Client agrees to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.

2. Services Provided The Company offers the following services:

• Furniture on rent
• Air conditioning on rent
• Decorations for weddings, birthdays, Haldi, Mehndi, and other events
• Event planning for outdoor and indoor events

3. Booking and Payment.

• Full payment must be made [Y] days before the event date.
• Payments can be made via [payment methods].
• Late payments may result in additional fees or cancellation of services.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made within [W] days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund to the Client.

5. Equipment and Furniture Rental

• The Client is responsible for the care and safekeeping of all rented items from the time of delivery until they are returned to the Company.
• Any damage or loss of rental items will be charged to the Client at replacement cost.
• The Client must return all rented items in the same condition they were received.

6. Decorations and Event Setup

• The Company will handle all setup and teardown of decorations unless otherwise agreed.
• Any specific decoration requests must be made at the time of booking.
• The Client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows the type of decorations requested.

7. Use of Venue

• The Client must ensure that the venue is accessible at the agreed-upon times for setup and teardown.
• The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions required for the event.
• The Company is not liable for any restrictions or limitations imposed by the venue.

8. Liability and Insurance

• The Company is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during the event.
• The Client is advised to obtain event insurance to cover any potential liabilities.

9. Force Majeure

• The Company is not responsible for any delay or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

10. Confidentiality

• The Company respects the Client’s privacy and will not disclose any personal information to third parties without the Client’s consent.

11. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country].

12. Amendments

• The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing.
